CNSW Chapter Conference, 5/6, Tualatin

Correction to PY2017 QIP

CMS has announced that an error in the PY2017 QIP expectations has been corrected by way of a notice in the Federal Register, at .  The primary change appears to be an adjustment in Standardized Readmission Ratio expectations, with the revised values as follows…
