Healthcare Coalitions and Renal Services: Partnering for Emergency Patient Care
Northwest Renal Network is partnering with the Washington State Department of Health to educate dialysis providers about Health Care Coalitions (HCCs). It is our hope that all Washington facilities will join this webinar to hear about how your involvement can help make your community more connected and resilient, and your patients kept safe during emergencies.

The Network encourages all renal services providers to connect with their local Health Care Coalition to ensure continuity of patient care and broader community collaboration during emergencies. HCCs are often organized by the state or local public health agency, which receives federal grant funding to support the group’s collective work. They work closely with the jurisdictional emergency management agencies toward an integrated planning and response approach.
