Recall: Fresenius 2008 HD Machines

The FDA has announced a Class I Recall of certain Fresenius Medical Care 2008 Series Hemodialysis Machines because of contamination from a toxic chemical. The FDA has identified this as a Class I recall, the most serious type of recall. Use of these devices may cause serious injuries or death.
